If you are under 16,

We prefer it if an adult knows you are coming to see us. It does not have to be your parents, it could be a teacher or a family friend etc. Get them to fill this Consent form in and bring it with you.

If you don't want anyone to know, you can still come and meet a counsellor and we can sort it out then. Please let us know when we arrange to see you, if no-one else knows you are coming.

Our Counsellors and other staff

Everyone who works at Relate's Childrens and Young People's service has undergone police checks. All our counsellors are carefully selected. They have trained to work with young people and undergone supervision before starting this.   

This means that you can talk to them safely.
